Continental Advisors has relations with institutional fund managers in every country within Western Europe, and is developing new relationships in the European emerging countries and in the Middle East. We work with institutional investors to show them direct offerings from public companies at discounted, low entry valuations, and we structure both equity and debt offerings for these companies as private placements in which institutional clients can easily analyze and invest.

These companies offer high-growth potential and have strong management. Fund managers would have an opportunity to meet with the management through presentations that CA would schedule at the fund manager’s convenience.

While CA does not focus on a particular sector or industry, we do have a preference for Green/Alternative Energy companies and projects. This sector has proven to be very active, and many new funds have been launched with the goal of finding the best growth opportunities within this sector. We continue to believe that Green Energy has a promising future, particularly with state and local government mandates that create incentives for alternative energies and fuel efficiency technologies. We also work with companies that are Socially Responsible Investments (SRIs) involved in infrastructure or emissions reductions.

CA identifies companies offering the best growth potential within their market niche. We also are involved with wind power projects, solar power, infrastructure, emissions control, and fuel efficiency companies. We work with them to put together direct offerings that are transparent, basic equity or convertible debt structures so that institutional investors can easily determine if they are an appropriate investment for their portfolio.
