Continental Advisors is always looking for venture capital opportunities and mid-sized private equity situations that offer excellent management and promising business plans. It is our job to assist the company in presenting its business plan in the most coherent and enthusiastic way possible. Along with company management, we prepare the executive summary, the Power Point presentation, business plan text and financials and the company valuation. We coach and rehearse the presentation with management until it is perfected in the way we feel our institutional clients would most appreciate it. The follow-up is then done by us until we get a commitment from one or more of our investor base to begin the due diligence process, and ultimately, the completed funding for the company.     We have structured and helped to finance twelve companies in the last two years, with over 15 million euro raised. We have also aided in listing some companies on the US markets to provide liquidity for investors and shareholders. Deal structures have been in the form of straight equity, convertible debt and warrant incentives, which means we offer flexibility for the company's balance sheet and financial instruments that best fit the demand of our institutional investors. Our investor relationships are with professional venture capital and private equity fund managers in Italy and Europe. They not only provide a basis for financing companies, but also work within a network or industrial group, which can offer certain relationships, accelerate sales and provide resources that were not previously available to the company.
